Henry Morgentaler sues New Brunswick

Dr. Henry Morgentaler has launched a suit against the government of New Brunswick, which has consistently refused to fund abortions at free-standing clinics, when they would pay for the same abortions at hospitals, if the hospitals had the time, staff, or inclination to do them.
